Don't Skimp On That Filter

This certainly was a relief...

Never underestimate the significance of getting a UV filter for your lens.. I was glad that this protected my lens.

How did this happen? My "free" Canon bag strap broke earlier and it fell on the ground. The impact caused the crack.

Anyway, planning to get a Hoya UV filter to replace this.

All I can say is *PHEW*!!!

    Oh yeah I use a filter as well to protect my lens.

    Yep... Worthwhile to spend some $$ on it. I'm eyeing the HOYA HD UV filter...

    Oh yes...I believe in filters for lens. Never skimp on what is necessary when you compare to the cost of having to repair or replace a lens!
