Stretch Your Muscles!

I've been suffering from back pain for the past week or so. I've visited the physio twice for treatment which was some improvement but there was still pain.

The physio taught me some exercise routine which helps to loosen the back muscles as well as strengthen it.

It all began when I sprained my muscles during a gym session. I thought I had just strained my muscles, so I just did more stretching & went back to the gym again...

After a few days, the back pain did not go away. I woke up with a bad pain at my tail bone. So, i went to see the physio which offered temporary relief. The physio did mention that I had some swelling which was going down but I still felt pain.

However, as of today, I had no choice but to rest and visit the doctor to get some anti-inflammation medicine to help bring down the swelling.

It's just frustrating as I had to take a few days off to rest at home. Not only that, I'm in the middle of something at work which is about to become critical... *sigh* When I'm at work, the pain is so intense that it saps the life out of me.

Anyway, with some medication which I took this afternoon, I'm feeling a lot better. Hopefully the pain will go away soon. It is just frustrating that I feel pain when I sit or stand.

Take care of your back muscles. Stretch it in the morning when you wake up & before you go to bed.
